Being one of the most luxurious Eco Estates in the South West Cape we have 133 residential properties on the estate ranging from 2000sqm to 3500sqm in size.

Comprehensive architectural guidelines are in place to ensure effective integration of homes into the natural environment.
Whale viewing decks, costal hiking trails and access to a beach provide closeness to the ocean and its inhabitants.
The neighbouring Oubaai Golf Estate and Hotel provide additional facilities such as golf course, tennis and squash courts, a gym and a spa.

Ocean view

The Eco Estate is situated east of Herolds Bay at a unique location. The estate is wedged between the warm Indian Ocean and Oubaai Golf Estate, an Ernie Els signature golf course. The dramatic cliffs with sweeping views towards Wilderness to the East and Mosselbay to the West will leave you spellbound.

The natural dense indigenous valleys that grace the estate offer refuge to various game such as bushbuck, grysbok, and Steenbok. The bird life is diverse with raptors, sea birds, sunbirds, and many more. The various tortoises that live in the fynbos offer a wonderful diversity to enjoy for generations to come. Whales are a common site in the winter months while dolphins play in the surf throughout the year.

Walking trail

A cliffside wonderland of flowering fynbos. Valleys are densely populated by indigenous trees such as Milkwood. The Eco Estate aims to reintroduce the coastal fynbos lost through generations of farming with pine trees. The Garden Route is one of eight designated floral kingdoms in the world.
